Are you qualified?
[All applicants seeking approval for 48 Hour Network’s Appraiser Roster must meet the following qualifications]
- Active residential appraiser license or certification in good standing with the state in which service is provided
- Licensed or certified for a minimum 5 years or have completed a minimum of 200 quality appraisal reports for mortgage related purposes if licensed less than 5 years
- No evidence of disciplinary action, license revocation, license probation or suspension within 5 years of application date
- A commitment to comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice
- A complete understanding of FHA guidelines and inspection requirements, if applicable
- A complete understanding of FannieMae and FreddieMac forms and requirements
- A commitment to providing professional, ethical and efficient appraisal services
- Internet access and the ability to receive, communicate and submit appraisal assignments through the 48 Hour Network Automated Appraisal Management System
