Thank you so much for your deligent efforts in creating a smooth working relationship between the lenders and appraisers. From an appraisers point of view it is unusual to find an AMC representative making an effort to have a system that works and is fair to all parties. The fees paid by your company are certainly reasonable and within the norm of the consumers expectations. Your ability to disburse information in a timely manor, and your accessability is allowing us to serve the clients/lenders in a manor that should be expected and we want to deliver. It is vital that the lines of communication through the AMC are open. It is refreshing to find an account manager that is willing to adapt a program to serve all and minimize the complaints.
We are all in this tough market together and you are helping make this new AMC way of doing business a successful experience. I appreciate that you have had time to listen and understand the problem issues from an appraisers perspective. Working with You and 48 Hour Network has been a pleasure.
