ALL USERS MUST ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
Users take full responsibility for the documents they upload. They agree not to upload documents they do have legal access to, or documents that cannot be sold or desseminated publicly. The Opticon is designed to manage the document network our users create.
Monthly accounts are for the use of a single individual. Multi-user accounts are available for firms and professional corporations and partnerships at discounted rates through Customer Service.
The Opticon reserves the right to delete and remove files without compensation to users that it deems are illegally uploaded, irrelevant, redundant, of poor quality, or that for any reason the Opticon staff feels are improper.
The fees the Opticon collects are for use of the software platform it has developed which facilitates the site's operation and allows users to offer documents to other users.
Documents and media archived on the Opticon are not guaranteed or represented to be legally compliant, complete, current, or reliable. There is no attorney-client relationship between the Opticon, its employees, affiliates, users, and anyone else using the site for any reason. This website and those materials found on it are not a subsititute for the advise and representation of an attorney.
All users must register to download files. Monthly account fees can be paid on a month-to-month basis at the will of the registrant, or can be automatically charged to the registrant every month, in which case the monthly subscription fee is less. Users chosing monthly subscriptions must give the Opticon sixty (60) days notice of cancellation to prevent account abuse (to prevent users from starting and stopping subscription accounts in the same manner as they would non-subscription accounts).
You agree not to hold the Opticon.com, its parent company, subsidiaries, employees, officers, affiliates, etecetera liable in anyway for the accuracy or inaccuracy of documents found on the Opticon.
