Shipping Policy:Sugar House Awning will use reasonable efforts to ship orders under the following guidelines:
Stock items ordered before 2 p.m. EST ship on the same business day.
Stock items ordered after 2 p.m. EST ship on the next business day.
Most air conditioner covers will ship in 1-2 business days. (5-7 days during the off-season, April thru August)
All orders are shipped FOB Sugar House Awning, Midvale UT. All items purchased from Sugar House are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract with the carrier of our choosing. The risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier. Any shipping damage should be reported at the time of delivery to the shipping company. If special packaging is required for proper shipping, you will be charged accordingly.
