Monthly accounts are for the use of a single individual. Multi-user accounts are available for firms and professional corporations and partnerships at discounted rates through Customer Service. The fees the Opticon collects are for use of the software platform it has developed which facilitates the site's operation. Documents and media archived on the Opticon are not guaranteed or represented to be legally compliant, complete, current, or reliable. There is no attorney-client relationship between the Opticon, its employees, affiliates, users, and anyone else using the site for any reason. This website and those materials found on it are not a substitute for the advise and representation of an attorney. You agree not to hold the Opticon.com, its parent company, subsidiaries, employees, officers, affiliates, etcetera liable in anyway for the accuracy or inaccuracy of documents found on the Opticon.

Payment Information

By registering, you will begin your free trial membership of the Opticon. If you don't cancel your membership within 9 days of enrollment, you will be billed $8.95 for each month that you continue your membership. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time to discontinue the membership and stop the monthly billing; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee.
